BRECOprotect is AU1 blue polyurethane that is FDA approved for food and pharmaceutical applications. It features fully encapsulated carbon steel tension members making it best suited for washdown applications. The steel tension members offer the added stiffness and pretension consistency that you won’t find in ordinary AU1 timing belts with Kevlar tension members.
